Ideal for stir-fry lovers and gardeners in a hurry, Organic Taisai Chinese Cabbage Seeds will reach maturity in as little as 9 weeks and the leaves are delicious, whether eaten raw or as a valuable addition to the wok. This attractive member of the brassica family has stunning white midribs and broad, round, smooth leaves that broaden out into a distinctive 'soup spoon' shape and is particularly suited as a 'fill-in' catch crop due to its quick rate of growth.
Sow from early summer onwards and harvest right up into winter. The stems, leaves and flowers can be eaten raw but take on another dimension when stir-fried! Supplied in a packet of 100 seeds.
