This shed comes with high quality, mineral roofing felt, protecting this building from winter weather conditions. This shed also comes with a pre-fitted lock and key, so your items stay safe when you’re not home.We recommend you build your shed on a flat, firm ground such as concrete to ensure stability of the building. Full assembly instructions are included with the shed. Our garden buildings are pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection during transit. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction.
