The first digit gives this light protection against contact and ingress of objects >12.5 mm in size. The second digit show that there is no protection of the equipment inside the enclosure against the ingress of water.There is no fitted switch or dimmer within this light fitting.This light requires 1 bulb(s) of the same type:1 x GX5.3 Reflector (NOT included) Max Bulb Wattage = 50W Bulb Voltage = 12VThis product requires an input voltage of 12V via a transformer.This light fitting is suitable for installation onto a dimmer control circuit.This products requires a transformer to be bought separately to step down the voltage for the bulbs. It is possible to buy a transformer capable to operate more than one of these lights. Dimming products with transformers can result in the dimmer switch or the light itself buzzing.
