Manufactured using FSC-approved timber this quality playhouse is both durable and robust and is constructed around 27mm x 32mm framing with 8mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding the playhouse also has an oriented strand board (OSB) solid sheet on the roof and floor. This simple castle design playhouse is perched on a raised platform incorporating a safety rail and gently sloping ladder.

Shiplap is a basic style of overlapping siding board and this overlapping pattern creates a weather-resistant shell around the building. The tight fitting nature of the tongue and groove joints are more likely to provide a long-lasting seal against rain snow and ice; although once your playhouse has been installed you should continue to maintain it with a good quality preservative every year or two in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. This will ensure that your playhouse will last for many years.
