It features a crooked roof and walls with two square windows at the front fully glazed windows on one side and a single pre-hung door with antique style hinges. It also includes an internal shelf for potting plants and vegetables. Please note that this playhouse is supplied unpainted. Manufactured from quality FSC-approved timber and constructed around 27mm x 32mm framing with 12mm shiplap tongue and groove floor and roof.

Shiplap is a basic style of overlapping siding board and this overlapping pattern creates a weather-resistant shell around the building. The tight fitting nature of the tongue and groove joints are more likely to provide a long-lasting seal against rain snow and ice; although once your playhouse has been installed you should continue to maintain it with a good quality preservative every year or two in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. This will ensure that your playhouse will last for many years.
