Constructed around 27mm x 45mm framing with a square cut tongue and grooved roof and floor.

The overlapping pattern of the tongue and groove joints creates a weather-resistant shell around the building. The tight fitting nature of the joints is more likely to provide a long-lasting seal against rain snow and ice; although once your playhouse has been installed you should continue to maintain it with a good quality preservative every year or two in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
