The vegetable markers are made from recycled polypropylene, and are black on one side, with a colour on the other (Blue Marmalade use off cuts of recycled and reclaimed plastic, so the reverse colour may vary). The chinagraph pencil included is weatherproof so it won't wash off in the rain, but the label can be wiped clean to reuse.
