You'll be able to harvest your first batch of mushrooms in around 9 months, depending on the time of year planted and weather conditions. Will yield around 2-3 harvests per year. The spawn has a recommended use by date on the bag, normally around 3 months. Winter mushrooms - This small brightly coloured mushroom is surprisingly flavoursome.
