One of the most useful vegetables which can be picked continuously right through to autumn. Cook leaves and stems like spinach. Valuable on dry soil, where true spinach runs to seed. Recommended for deep freezing. RHS Award of Garden Merit winner. This leaf beet has been trialled, tested and recommended by the National Institute of Agricultural Botany.
