‘Pluot®’ is a unique plum-apricot hybrid known for its sweetness and flavour. The sugar content of these fruits is much higher than that of a plum alone. The large fruits of Pluot® ‘Flavour King’ produces large fruits in 3-5 years that can be harvested from August. These delicious, juicy fruits have a smooth, reddish purple skin like a plum, and a very sweet red flesh. This naturally small tree is grafted onto a semi-dwarfing rootstock, to produce a compact, productive tree.
