Distinctively coloured, uniform in shape, and deliciously nutty flavoured, Aramis can be pulled early for salads or for cooking whole without peeling, but will stand for weeks in the garden without getting tough. For first summer crops sow early April onwards in drills 1.8cm (¾") deep and 30cm (12") apart. For winter use sow at the end of July and again about the second week in August.
