Over winter planting for early harvest these are excellent for cooking for pickling. Side growth can be used in delicious spring salads.

Shallots require deep cultivation and well-drained soil.
Plant in autumn 1cm deep 5cm apart.
They will benefit from an application of fertilizer into the soil prior to planting.

Plant as instructed.
Check every few days until growth commences
