The transparent central feed tube is completely protected by a metal roof, base and perimeter bars which severely limit access! The seed tray is fed from a free-flowing food space at the bottom of the tube and a domed base and drainage holes ensure that the food is kept in the best possible condition. The lock-on, chained-on lid makes for easy filling for humans, but hard emptying for squirrels!
