Sowing Before sowing into trays or pots in a glasshouse at 23°C, Pre-chill the seed in a fridge for two weeks. Planting As soon as the seedlings are large enough to handle, prick off into pots or trays 8cm (3”) apart. Harden off before planting out 25cm (10”) apart from early May. Direct sowings should be thinned to 25cm (10”) apart. Other Instructions The spikes which make interesting additions to flower arrangements can be dried in a well-ventilated dry area for winter use.
