Sowing Sow in pots or trays in a good seed compost under glass at 24-25°C. Cover with glass or polythene to maintain humidity. Planting As soon as seedlings emerge, remove the cover. When seedlings are about 4cm (1½”) tall, prick off onto trays 5cm (2”) apart or individually into pots. Grow on and gradually harden off before planting out 30-40cm (12-16”) apart in May. Other Instructions Impatiens require regular watering. Do not overfeed as this causes lush foliage at the expense of flowers.
