Cherry Laurel (Prunus Laurocerasus) 250300cms Root Ball
Prunus Laurocerasus, also known as Cherry laurel, is an evergreen hedge, growing to 515 m tall, rarely to 18m tall, with a trunk up to 60cm diameter. The leaves are dark green, leathery, shiny,10 25cm long and 410cm broad, with a finely serrated margin. The flower buds appear in early spring and open in early summer in erect 715cm racemes of 30 40 flowers, each flower 1cm diameter, with five creamywhite petals and numerous yellowish stamens. The fruit is a small cherry 12cm diameter, turning black when ripe in early autumn.
