It is bushy with a rounded habit and spread by suckers underground. With bluegreen leaves in the summer progressing into the autumn; 1.55cm long, rounded, entire or with one or two lobes at the base. During the summer, the RHS Common Snowberry (Symphoricarpos albus) produces small greenwhite to pink flowers which start to bloom. They have terminal spikes on current growth and form small clusters of 515. Followed by white, conspicuous and round fruits; 12cm in diameter and persist between September to November.
