Common Spindle, Skewerwood (Euonymus Europeaus) Pack of 12 Cell Grown 2040cm
This RHS Premium Cell Grown Common Spindle or Skewerwood (Euonymus Europeaus) is a deciduous upright shrub or small tree which can grow to about 6m. The small, hermaphrodite and inconspicuous yellowgreen flowers are produced in late spring and grow in cymes of 38 together. Followed by capsular fruits ripening in autumn. During the autumn the Spindle can be very showy with red leaves and masses of rosered capsules attractive to birds. Both leaves and fruits are poisonous to humans.
