When you move into a new house or flat, the first priority is to provide light in all the rooms, with whatever is available if need be. Over the years, the naked light bulbs that had been used temporarily become a permanent fixture. This lamp can be a very convincing temporary or permanent solution. Combined with a dimmed globe lamp (diameter 95–120 mm/0.4”–0.5” approx.), it produces a very pleasant light. You can also provide indirect lighting very easily by using a mirror spot.
