Helleborus niger produces gently nodding flowers that open as early as January and carry on until late April. Winter to spring flowering, producing white saucer-shaped flowers with deep green, serrated, leathery leaves. Ideal for the front of an early spring border. Grow in deep, rich soil in shade or partial shade.
