Tasty fern-like coriander leaves on bushy plants which are slow to bolt. Use as a herb or as a cut-&-come-again leaf salad. Sow in a pot on a windowsill or directly in the ground outside; sow monthly for continuous supply and protect with cloches in winter.. Average Packet Content 150 seeds. Sow thinly direct into finely raked, moist, warm soil at a depth of 6-13mm (¼-½"). Germination 7-14 days. Thin the resulting seedlings to 23-80cm (9-12") between plants removing ay competing weeds. Grows best in well cultivated soil in a sunny position. Can be grown as cut & come again salad leaves in containers (cropping from 28 days), or as a fully mature plant. Harvest seed when flower heads turn brown and hang stems upside down indoors to dry.. . . . Experiment with nutritious, health-giving herbs in your kitchen, adding interesting tastes and flavours to hot and cold dishes. Try them in herb vinegars, breads and tisanes, and dry them for use in winter. To dry - gather in sunshine when flowers are just opening. Bunch, and hang upside-down in an airy place or spread out in a very cool oven. When dry, rub coarsely and store in airtight containers.
