Heritage Collection Onion Ciboule Red Skinned also known as the Welsh Onion is a type of perennial bunching onion although it is usually grown as a winter hardy annual.

The flavoursome leaves and small bulbs can be used as an alternative to chives in potato salads soups and omelettes and are also a tasty addition to a stir-fry.

Cropping: 120 days

Sowing:
Sow seeds March and April thinly 1cm deep in drills 30cm apart.

Growing:
Thin to 15cm between plants which will grow to form a clump.

Aftercare:
Water well during dry periods.
