The Hozelock 1347 Eco Power Plus 2500 Filter is a fast acting all-in-one pond filter for guaranteed clear water in fish ponds with a capacity of 2500 litres or a capacity of 5000 litres without fish. It is a high efficiency combined filter biomedia and ultra violet clarifier that eliminates green algae and purifies water for healthy fish and plants.

Water enters the filter through the stepped hosetail and then passes to the UV chamber for exposure to UV light. This causes the algae that cause green water to clump together before passing through a venturi for aeration. The water then passes to the bottom of the filter and through the biological media where it is purified and fish waste is removed. Finally the water rises up through the foam filters where debris and solid waste is removed before exiting through the pipework as purified clear water.
