Our RHS Chamaecyparis lawsoniana (Lawson s Cypress) is a large evergreen coniferous tree, regularly reaching 3040m tall, with feathery foliage, usually glaucous bluegreen in colour. Lawson s Cypress is an excellent screening plant and due to it s easytoclip nature (and darker foliage colour than that of the Leylandii), it is also a popular choice for growing as an evergreen hedge.
