Profusion is a midsized, deciduous tree with copperyred young leaves which turn bronzegreen as they mature. Its blossom is redpurple and slightly fragrant and it bears darkpurple fruits in autumn. Plant in moderately fertile, moist, freedraining soil in full sun, although it will tolerate partial shade. It will reach a height of 12m and a spread of 12m after 2050 years.
