Compact, branching plants, producing masses of large, uniformly-shaped blooms, approximately 5cm (2") across. The colour is unique - bright golden yellow, tipped with fiery red. Height 25-30cm (10-12"). HHA - Half-hardy annual. Sow February-May; flowers June-September. Planting distance 23cm (9"). June September Grow amongst vegetables to help foil aphid attacks. Easy to grow and quick to flower. Ideal for formal bedding. They need a sunny position and will flower throughout the summer. Regular removal of dead flowers is recommended.
