Preferred common name: Snowberry Hancock Our Royal Horticultural Society Snowberry Hancock ( Symphoricarpos x chenaulti Hancock ) is a low, spreading, upright deciduous hedge with slender, arching branches. It is bushy with a rounded habit and spread by suckers underground. With green leaves in the summer progressing into the autumn; 1.55cm long, elliptic, rounded, entire or with one or two loves at the base. During the summer, the small pink flowers start to bloom. They have terminal spikes on current growth and form small clusters of 515. Followed by reddishpink, conspicuous and round fruits; 12cm in diameter and persist between September to November.
