Sowing Space the seeds in trays 2cm (¾”) apart, or individually into module cells, under glass at 21°C. Cover with glass or polythene to retain humidity. Planting Remove cover as soon as first seedling appears. Once leaves have opened, prick off tray seedlings into 9cm (3 ½”) pots. When the first flowers are forming, transplant into growing position. Stake plants for support and remove side shoots as they appear. Cooking Instructions Very suitable for salads but ideal for cooking and frying. Can be frozen for later use in cooking.
