This beautiful Dutch Barn Playhouse combines safety and space for your kids to play in. Light and airy they will have great fun developing their imaginations through playing in it. Manufactured using FSC-approved quality timber making it both durable and robust it is constructed around 27mm x 45mm framing with 12mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding. It also has 5 styrene glazed fixed windows with crosses and decorative shutters on the two side windows a single door and oriented strand board (OSB) solid sheets on the floor and roof.

The gambrel roof is symmetrically two-sided with two slopes on each side. The upper slope is positioned at a shallow angle while the lower slope is steep. This design provides the advantages of a sloped roof while maximising headroom on the shed's upper level.

Shiplap is a basic style of overlapping siding board and this overlapping pattern creates a weather-resistant shell around the building. The tight fitting nature of the tongue and groove joints are more likely to provide a long-lasting seal against rain snow and ice; although once your playhouse has been installed you should continue to maintain it with a good quality preservative every year or two in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. This will ensure that it will last for many years.
